We offer telephone support, remote support, and traditional on site support.
We undertake work both on a post paid ad-hoc basis, and on a pre paid contractual basis.
We also offer both onsite support and remote support time, the later representing a considerable saving.
The Hourly rates range from £72 down to £48
The minimum charge for post paid work is one hour, plus a travel charge of one hour if working on site.
For prepaid work the minimum time debited is 15 minutes, plus a travel charge of one hour if working on site.
The travel charge is waived for a full days work
Effective full day rates are therefore:
£576 (£72 / hour) Onsite For a full day post paid, or pre-paid in batches of up to 10
£528 (£66 / hour) Onsite For a full day pre paid in batches of 10 or more
£480 (£60 / hour) Onsite For a full day pre paid in batches of 20 or more
£384 (£48 / hour) Remote For a full day post paid, or pre-paid in batches of up to 10
£352 (£44 / hour) Remote For a full day pre paid in batches of 10 or more
£320 (£40 / hour) Remote For a full day pre paid in batches of 20 or more
Telephone support is offered on an annual basis, at £500 per individual authorized to call, with a backup contact free of charge per client

We also offer rebated free support time to clients who provide recommendations or leads that result in whole day support time sales. The rebates are in the style of a commission of around 10% of time sold, and are not paid in cash. Rebate time has a limitation for redemption. Terms and conditions apply.
No time limits
Pre paid support time currently has no time limit for use, avoiding the usual annual expiration of support time.
